The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has issued warnings against entities such as Future Flare Finance, Rdcasset, and Belleofx for operating without authorization. The warning was published on the CNMV's official website on January 20.

According to the CNMV, these unregistered entities operate through websites like futureflarefinance.com, rdcassets.com, and belleofx.com/es. The commission said that these entities are not authorized to offer investment services and are not listed in its registry, meaning they are not subject to regulatory supervision.

The CNMV issues warnings to protect investors from unauthorized entities that provide investment services or engage in financial activities without proper registration or authorization. These entities often operate outside regulatory oversight, which increases the risk of capital loss for investors. To avoid confusion, some unauthorized firms falsely use CNMV's name to present themselves as legitimate, leading to a misleading sense of security. The commission also collaborates with foreign regulators to share warnings about such entities, aiming to inform investors and reduce risks.

The CNMV provides information on both "boiler rooms" and other unauthorized entities that might be conducting fundraising activities or offering financial services without authorization. This list is primarily compiled through online searches and social media analysis. Inclusion on the list does not indicate a formal assessment of the entities' regulatory compliance. The commission offers a search engine for investors to verify whether an entity is authorized.

The CNMV oversees Spain's securities markets to ensure transparency, accurate pricing, and investor protection. Created by the 1988 Securities Market Law, it supervises securities issuers, investment service providers, and collective investment schemes, focusing on market stability and system solvency. It manages public records of market participants, advises the government and Ministry of Economy on securities matters, and actively engages with international organizations like IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions), ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority), and the FSB (Financial Stability Board).
