Olivia Grégoire, France’s Minister Delegate for Enterprise, Tourism and Consumer Affairs, announced the selection of finalists for the "France Tourisme Tech" program. The program, established in 2023 as part of the "Destination France" plan, supports travel tech startups.
Crypto.com, a leading platform in the digital asset space, has joined L’Association pour le développement des actifs numériques (Adan), a prominent European association dedicated to the development of digital assets and blockchain technology. With this move, Crypto.com joins over 200 other Web3 companies that are part of Adan's membership roll, based in Paris.
BCB Group, a global digital financial services firm, has secured authorization from the French Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) and Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) to operate as an E-Money Institution (EMI) and Digital Assets Services Provider (DASP). The approval was granted late last month.
Faustine Fleuret, President of France's Association for the Development of Digital Assets (Adan), has urged European Union (EU) institutions to adopt an innovative and open-minded approach towards blockchain and crypto-related technologies. She believes that such an approach will enable these institutions to harness the benefits offered by these technologies. Fleuret made this statement in a press release issued on May 6, regarding a report submitted by Adan to the European Union.
