Binance has announced the launch of "Trading Signals" on Binance Wallet, a new feature that integrates on-chain activity with AI-driven sentiment analysis. This feature includes Smart Money, Smart KOL, and Sentiment Signals, along with notifications and a Quick Buy option.
According to the Binance announcement from September 8, the Trading Signals feature is designed to assist users in discovering potential trading opportunities based on on-chain trading activities and AI-powered sentiment analysis. This development builds on earlier AI-powered features in Binance’s redesigned app and AI Token Reports, demonstrating Binance’s ongoing focus on analytics and insights. The company emphasizes that the feature is informational rather than financial advice, encouraging users to conduct their own research (DYOR).
Binance Wallet’s Trading Signals offers three types of signals: Smart Money Signals, Smart KOL Signals, and Sentiment Signals. Smart Money Signals detect tokens being purchased by top-performing on-chain wallets—referred to as "Smart Money" addresses—based on metrics like return on investment (ROI), win rate, and profit and loss (PnL) over historical activity. A signal is triggered when a threshold number of these addresses buy the same token within a short timeframe. Smart KOL Signals function similarly but focus on key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the meme/influencer crypto community; users can view names, addresses, 30-day win rate, and PnL for these KOLs.
