Binance announced in a press release the launch of two exclusive events—the Hemi Pre-Token Generation Event (Pre-TGE) and Booster Program—via its Wallet to provide users early access to HEMI tokens and encourage engagement.
According to Binance’s press release, the Pre-TGE event invited eligible Binance Wallet users to subscribe to HEMI tokens before general trading. This was done using an over-subscription model with allocations based on each user’s contribution ratio. Participants could deposit up to 3 BNB, with any unused BNB automatically refunded through the Assets tab, simplifying the user experience. The Booster Program complemented this by offering participation-based rewards through phased tasks, aligning engagement with early project support and token distribution incentives.
The Hemi Pre-TGE offered 100 million HEMI tokens—equivalent to 1% of the total initial supply—for a total raise of $150,000 in BNB, with each participant capped at 3 BNB. Binance said that the subscription window ran on August 22, 2025, from 12:00 to 14:00 UTC, and the token allocation was distributed on a pro-rata basis corresponding to each user’s BNB contribution. This structure balanced exclusivity with fairness, ensuring access while maintaining disciplined distribution.
