Hayat Outahar, a blockchain advisor at the Paris-based firm Tech Flooz, said she enjoyed the speakers and events at the Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) in Brussels. Outahar shared her statement in a July 11 post on X.

"Enjoying my last day at #EthCC7," said Outahar. "I've seen tech legends, met old friends, made new ones, learned a lot about #Web3, collected great #eth goodies, gathered #POAPs... and this is just a glimpse of the joy I experience every year. Thx @EthCC crew for your incredible work!!!"

According to the event's website, EthCC is the "largest annual European Ethereum event focused on technology and community." The conference consists of four days of conferences, talks, networking, and learning from various experienced leaders in the blockchain industry. The event is organized by Ethereum France with the goal of transmitting knowledge and developing "a positive and fertile ecosystem."

From July 8-11th, Ethereum France organized the 7th Ethereum Community Conference (EthCC) in Brussels, bringing together leaders in crypto, web3, and the digital assets world. Speakers included Vitalik Buterin, founder of Ethereum France; Robert McCracken of Alchemy Pay; Nick Dodson of Fuel Labs; and several others.

Tech Flooz is a blockchain company started by Outahar in 2022. According to her website, Tech Flooz was started "in order to lead conferences and trainings on the economic, business and social impact of Blockchain technology."

Outahar's website also states that she is a speaker, trainer, and Deeptech consultant in the blockchain ecosystem. She has nearly 15 years' experience in the digital field and previously worked as a Project Manager on e-commerce and UX design-oriented projects. She initially discovered bitcoin in 2011 and opened her first wallet in 2015. She currently specializes in training and consulting in blockchain technology.
