Edge & Node has joined the LF Decentralized Trust initiative led by the Linux Foundation to contribute to open standards for decentralized ecosystems. The company aims to enhance trust and transparency in web3 and AI environments through its participation.

The LF Decentralized Trust project unites developers and organizations from blockchain, fintech, and enterprise sectors to improve decentralized applications’ reliability and scalability. Edge & Node’s involvement aligns with its mission of developing tools that support decentralized networks while ensuring trust and accessibility.

Rodrigo Coelho, CEO of Edge & Node, said, “Joining LF Decentralized Trust aligns with our belief that open standards are the foundation for the next era of innovation. At Edge & Node, we’ve spent years building decentralized infrastructure, from Subgraphs and Graph Node, to next-gen data systems that make the internet more open and verifiable. Contributing to the LF Decentralized Trust community lets us help shape standards that ensure interoperability, trust, and transparency across web3 and AI ecosystems.”

Edge & Node has played a crucial role in developing The Graph protocol, which supports data querying across various blockchain networks. The protocol’s indexing architecture has powered numerous queries since its inception. With new products like Amp and ampersend, Edge & Node is expanding its focus on improving interoperability between blockchain-native data systems and emerging AI tools.

Daniela Barbosa, Executive Director of LF Decentralized Trust, commented on Edge & Node’s expertise: “Edge & Node not only brings deep expertise in decentralized data but also a commitment to open technologies and standards to our community. As members of LF Decentralized Trust, the Edge & Node team now is supporting our collective work to build the enterprise-grade technologies needed to fuel a decentralized future. We look forward to their contributions to the open development and governance of our growing ecosystem.”

This partnership underscores Edge & Node’s commitment to creating infrastructure for an open, secure internet as web3 and AI technologies evolve.
