Alex Dreyfus, founder and CEO of Chiliz, announced his attendance at Binance Blockchain Week Dubai 2024 on October 30 and 31. He made this announcement in an October 17 post on X.

Binance Blockchain Week is a conference that brings together innovators, founders, investors, regulators, and officials to discuss the future of blockchain and Web3. According to the event’s website, the theme of this year’s conference is “Momentum.” The website states: “Momentum propels our industry, not only taking us through challenges but also leading us to our biggest achievements.”

According to a press release by Binance, the event will feature remarks and keynotes focused on regulatory advancements, global crypto economies, and investment opportunities. Discussions will include venture capital and market challenges. The following day will address crypto marketing, data analytics, and strategies for onboarding new users. Topics such as stablecoins, decentralized exchanges, and the impact of Web3 on gaming and user experience will be covered.

In addition to Dreyfus, speakers at this year’s conference will include Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire, Binance CEO Richard Teng, TikTok Creative Consultant Alex Lim, Kaiko CEO Ambre Soubiran, and Chainalysis Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Bas Lemmens.

Dreyfus is also the CEO of Socios.com. According to LinkedIn, he previously co-founded and served as director of WINAMAX, the first French virtual poker room and sports betting website. He studied at the Lycée Jean Perrin.

Chiliz was founded in 2018 as a leading blockchain provider for sports and entertainment. In 2023, they launched their Chiliz Chain to expand their ecosystem to a broader audience with hopes for greater adoption of blockchain technology across sports and entertainment platforms. Brands are invited to build Fan Tokens, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and other digital assets with all fees paid in Chiliz’s native token $CHZ.
