Binance has announced the commencement of a New Coin Bonus Season on its Binance Alpha platform, featuring enhanced trading volume point incentives for tokens launched through airdrops or token generation events (TGEs).
According to Binance’s announcement, Binance Alpha is an experimental platform that showcases newly airdropped and launched tokens, offering users early access and incentives. The New Coin Bonus Season introduces temporary bonus multipliers on trading volume points, reinforcing early participation in token ecosystems. This initiative is part of Binance’s broader strategy to stimulate adoption and engagement with fresh listings on its Alpha launchpad.
Binance’s updated rules grant four times the Alpha trading volume points for purchases of BSC chain tokens and double points for tokens on other chains—provided those tokens were airdropped or launched via Alpha within the past 30 days. After the 30-day incentive window expires—or for tokens without Alpha airdrops or TGEs—no bonus multipliers apply, and standard trading point calculations resume. This creates a time-limited advantage that rewards early adopters and increases the intensity of initial trading activity.
To help users track their bonus accruals, Binance updated the Alpha interface by introducing a new “Points+” leaderboard within the Binance Wallet. This leaderboard enhances visibility around point standings and performance during the New Coin Bonus Season, promoting healthy competition among users. By providing real-time ranking data, Binance encourages informed participation and deeper engagement with freshly launched tokens.
